The Hallmark Directory service is FREE, but is limited to North American Artists-Jewelers and Metalsmiths. It is not designed to handle the hallmarks of large jewelry manufacturing companies.

If you do not have a digital copy of your hallmark, please send it in the form of a line drawing, 35mm slide, or photograph suitable for scanning, in addition to the necessary contact information. Please email your digital hallmark seperately from this email form to avoid virus problems.

You may specify which contact information we publish, but we MUST have complete information in our files so we may confirm new entries. You MUST check the “Yes, please add my information to the Hallmarks Directory”. Or, you may send the information by mail.
